was concieved and launched on the premise that the need for alternate employment opportunities would grow exponentially over the next decade due to "sins of the fathers", sort of speak.
The lack of new jobs and the announcement of half a million jobs lost in one month spurred us into action. With the new president elect not yet signed in and still coaching from the sidelines we sought out the main search engines for new and inventive ways to contact the masses to define the skill sets present and either refine them or match them with jobs in their area.
Having worked in both the corporate and the private sector of Microsoft Technical Training for some time and working directly in the New/Used Automobile Industry and RV and Boat Industry as a manager salesmanager and ultimately the dealer with up to 11 franchises and four locations. I noticed that no matter how good or bad things get, it's still really hard to get the right people to fit your market or current project needs.
